Then:
50 Burpees (partition any way),
Then:
10 Alternating Rounds (5 each):
5 Hang Power Clean (95/65),
5 Thrusters (95/65),
Then:
50 Burpees,
Then:
200m Run Relay,
400m Run Relay,
800m Run Relay.
