Complete 30 Rounds:
9 Hand Release Push-ups,
12 Med Ball Cleans (20/14),
*Two teammates will be alternating rounds of the above triplet. One working at a time, must complete all three movements.
*One teammate will always be on the rower and rowing for max calories.
*You may switch out teammates on the rower into the rounds at anytime.
Final score will be the time you finish the 30 rounds as a team (in seconds) divided by your team calories rowed (SEC/CAL).
