Then:
4 Rounds:
40 Push-ups,
60 Air Squats,
Then:
1000m Row,
Then:
4 Rounds:
20 Toes-to-bar,
40 Ball Slams (30/15),
Then:
1000m Run (together).

*Partition all movements as wanted. Only runs will be at same time.
