In teams of 2, complete the following AMRAPs. Games Scoring:

AMRAP 1 - 5 Minutes: Calorie Bike.

Rest 2 minutes, then:

AMRAP 2 - 5 Minutes: 50m Prowler Push (90/45).

Rest 2 minutes, then:

AMRAP 3 - 5 Minutes: Basket Ball 3 Point Shots (must switch every 5 shots).

Rest 2 Minutes, then:

AMRAP 4 - 5 Minutes: Calorie Row.

Rest 2 Minutes, then:

AMRAP 5 - 5 Minutes: Burpee-lateral-jump-over boxes.
