In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

For Time:
8x150m Run Relay (4 each),
40 Hang Power Clean (95/65),
40 Shoulder-to-overhead (95/65),
8x250m Row Relay (4 each, 2K total),
40 Hang Power Clean,
40 Shoulder-to-overhead,
8x150m Run Relay,
40 Hang Power Clean,
40 Shoulder-to-overhead,
8x250m Row Relay.

*Sometime during the workout, you must stop and complete 40 tire flips all in one set when there is a tire open.
