17 Wall Ball (20/14),
400m Run.

This Hero WOD was recently created in memory of retired Thai Navy SEAL and Petty Officer First Class Saman Kunan, who recently passed while taking part in effort to rescue 12 trapped boys and their football coach in a cave in Thailand.

It was requested to do by numerous members, and though doing it on a Saturday would be a good way to bring attention and honor him. We will get back to our team wods next week. Give this one all you got.
