P1 - Max (m) Rowed.
P2 - 10 KBS (53/35) + Rest.
*Next Minute, Switch Stations.

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

MetCon(2):
In teams of 2, complete max rounds and reps of:
AMRAP 16:
P1 - 400m Run.
P2 - 20 Med Ball Clean (20/14),
15 Toes-to-bar,
40 Double-unders.
*P1 will jump in to the amrap where P2 left off. Continue this cycle and score total rounds and reps.
