Station 2 - 12 Pull-ups.
Station 3 - 16/12 Parallette Push-ups.
Station 4 - 12 Hang Clean & Jerks (75/55).
Station 5 - 36 Med Ball Russian Twists (20/14).
Station 6 - Max Meters Rowed.
