50 Toes-to-bar,
60/48 Calorie Row (Alt 15/12),
300 Singles,
50 Weighted Sit-ups,
60/48 Calorie Row (Alt 15/12),
50 Clean and Jerk (95/65),
50 Bar-facing Burpees.

*Partition all movements other than row anyway between teammates.
