50 Cinco-nized Burpees,
4 x 250m Row Relay (alt, 2 each),
200 Cingle-unders each (at same time),
4 x 400m Run Relay (alt, 2 each),
200 Cingle-unders each (at same time),
4 x 250m Row Relay (alt, 2 each),
50 Cinco-nized Burpees.
