Team WOD

In teams of 3, complete the following AMRAPs:

AMRAP 14:
7 Front Squat (95/65),
7 Hang Power Clean (95/65),
7 Burpees.

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

AMRAP 8:
Max Calorie Assault Air Bike.

Rest 2 Minutes, Then:

AMRAP 4:
Bar Muscle-up (sub ctb pull-up and divide by 2).

*If need to split, teams will start with the bike and muscle-up and rest 4 minutes before starting the 14 min amrap.

*Score each amrap individually as team total and games scoring.
