Fight For Fritz Team WOD!

We are dedicating this workout to Fritz who is a two year old battling Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. All proceeds from shirts and donations will go to support Fritz and his family. Check out for more info about their cause. Thank you!

In teams of 2, complete for time:

2 Rounds Each, Alternating:
12 Plate Ground-to-overhead (45/25),
24 Plate Overhead Lunges (in-place).


2 Rounds Each, Alternating:
400m Run,
20 Burpees.


2 Rounds Each, Alternating:
24 Wall Ball (20/14),
12 Med Ball Step-over (24/20, 20/14).
