Then:
12 Alternating Rounds (6 each):
20' DB 1-arm OH Walking Lunge (50/35),
20 Situps,
20' DB 1-arm OH Walking Lunges (opp arm),
10 Toes-to-bar,
Then:
100 DB Snatch (40/35).
