In teams of 3, complete for time:

110 Calorie Air Bike,
120 Toes-to-bar,
130 Wall Ball (20/14),
140 Ball Slam (30/15).

*During the workout, as a team you must also:
- complete 30 rope climbs total as a team.
- complete 1 x 1000m run each.
- start at any of the 4 above movements and must complete the total before moving to another movement.
