In teams of 2, complete for max meters rowed:
EMOM 16:
Minute 1 - Partner 1 - Max Cal Row. Partner 2 - 12 KBS (53/35) + Rest.
Minute 2 - Partner 2 - Max Cal Row. Partner 1 - 12 KBS (53/35) + Rest.
Continue alternating for 8 rounds each.

After team WOD, plank, squat, hang challenge!

Complete as a group:
2 minute plank,
2 minute squat hold (resting position),
1 minute bar hang,
1:30 minute plank,
1:30 minute squat hold,
:45 second bar hang,
1 minute plank,
1 minute squat hold,
:30 bar hang.
