In teams of 2, complete for time:

70 Toes-to-bar,
Then:
14 Alternating Rounds (7 Each):
7 Wall Ball (20/14),
7 Froggies (Burpee-over-box),
14 Double-unders.
Then:
2 Alternating Rounds (1 Each):
400m Plate Carry Overhead (45/25, must stop if weight not overhead).
