Reminder: Classes now at 8:30am and 9:30am.

Team WOD.

In teams of 7, complete 4 rotations thru the following stations:

Station 1 - 1 Minute Rest.
Station 2 - 1 Minute Rest.
Station 3 - Max Cal Row.
Station 4 - 20 Single-leg Jump Rope / Leg + Rest.
Station 5 - Max Cal Row.
Station 6 - 12 Burpees + Rest.
Station 7 - Max Cal Bike.

*One athlete will start at a station to begin.
*Final score will be total cal row + total cal row + total cal bike.
