In teams of 2, complete the following for time and reps:

6 Alternating Rounds (3 Runs Each):
800m Run,
Then:
AMRAP:
14 Box Jumps,
6 Strict Pull-ups,
5 Hang Power Clean (115/75),
5 Push Jerk (115/75).

Will score seconds (time to complete 6 runs) / total reps. Lowest score wins.
