In teams of 4, complete the following Fight Gone Bad style. Score your reps each round and will add up a team total at the end:
Station 1: 1 Minute Max Rep Burpees.
Station 2: 1 Minute Max Rep Sit-ups.
Station 3: 1 Minute Max Calorie Row.
Station 4: 1 Minute Rest.
