Workout of the Day

WOD Saturday 3/18/17

Reminder: If you are signed up for the CrossFit Open and need to complete 17.4, you can do today at 7:45am or 10am. This will be the last day to have judges and coaches help. Each week we will run the Open workouts all Friday classes, Saturday at 7:45am and 10:00am.

Team WOD (9am and 10am classes as usual).

In teams of 2, complete the following for total team reps for each movement. Games scoring:

Teammate 1 - 400m run,
Teammate 2 - Max Reps DB Front Squat (25's/15's),
Switch (so each teammate does one of each),

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Teammate 1 - 800m run,
Teammate 2 - Max Reps Burpees,
Switch (so each teammate does one of each),

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Teammate 1 - 400m run,
Teammate 2 - Max Strict Pull-up,
Switch (so each teammate does one of each).
