8 x 15/12 Calorie Row Relay (4 each),
200 Sit-ups (split up any way),
8 x 15/12 Calorie Row Relay (4 each),
200 Double-unders (split up any way, 3:1 singles),
8 x 200m Run Relay (4 each).
