WOD Saturday 2/25/17

Reminder: If you are signed up for the CrossFit Open and need to complete 17.1, you can do today at 7:45am or 10am. This will be the last day to have judges and coaches help. Each week we will run the Open workouts all Friday classes, and Saturday at 7:45am and 10:00am.

Team WOD (9am and 10am classes as usual).

In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

12 x 150m Run Relay (6 each),
100 Air Squats,
100 Sit-ups,
10 x 150m Run Relay (5 each),
100 Air Squats,
100 Sit-ups,
8 x 150m Run Relay (4 each),
100 Air Squats,
100 Sit-ups.
