Team WOD

In teams of two, complete the following for total combined reps:

2 Rounds Each (2x200m Runs Each):
200m Run,
Max Reps Air Squat (while partner runs).

Then:

1 Round Each (2x400m Runs Each):
400m Run,
Max Reps Strict Pull-ups (while partner runs),
400m Run,
Max Reps Push-ups (while partner runs).

Then:

1 Round Each (2x800m Runs Each):
800m Run,
Max Reps Burpees (while partner runs),
800m Run,
Max Reps Wall Ball (20/14, while partner runs).

*Score will be your total reps for everything. Communicate rep count when you switch from runs to movement.
