WOD Saturday 2/18/17

Saturday's classes have been getting extra busy and we ask that you try to get to class on time. There will not be any burpee penalties, but please be respectful of everyone's time. Class will start immediately at 9am so we can finish and not run into the 10am class.

In teams of 2, with one partner working at a time, complete the following 5 minute AMRAPs for Reps. 3 minutes rest between stations. Games scoring.

2. AMRAP5 - Burpees.
3. AMRAP5 - Cal Row #2.
4. AMRAP5 - 3-Pt Shots.
5. AMRAP5 - Cal Air Bike.
