100 Cal Row (as a team),
100 Air Squats (as a team).

Then:

First Kiss:
25 Synchronized Burpees.
100 Synchronized Knee-raises.

Then:

Second Kiss:
100 Synchronized Air Squats.
25 Synchronized Burpees.

Then:

Um, You Know What's Next (#cardio):
1000m Run (together).
Then:

I Do:
6 Rounds (alternate, 3 each):
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35),
15 Goblet Squats (53/35).

Yes, this is a long, tough workout, but will be worth it. Just like what these two love birds are about to get into. Congrats you two!
