EMOM 16:
Odd Minute - Max Meters Row
Even Minute - 12 Kettlebell Swings + Rest.
(Alternate each round with teammate. Score total meters).

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

AMRAP 16:
7 Burpees-to-target,
100m Run.
(Alternate rounds with teammate. Score total rounds +reps).

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

AMRAP 2:
Max Synchronized Plate Overhead Lunges (45/25).
(Score total synchronized reps).
