Regular Schedule. Classes at 9am and 10am.

Complete for time. Use sequence 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1...and so on:

1 - 200m Run,

2 - Wall Taps (get in to handstand, both heels touching),

3 - Power Snatch (95/65, Power Clean OK too),

4 - Front Squat (95/65),

5 - Box Jumps,

6 - Sit-ups,

7 - Kettlebell Swings (53/35),

8 - Ball Slams (30/20),

9 - Knee-to-elbow,

10 - Push Press (95/65),

11 - Burpees,

12 - Bar Muscle-ups (sub ctb pull-ups or pull-ups).
