In Teams of 3, complete these 4 min AMRAP stations:

a. Wall Ball (20/14).
b. HR Push-ups.
c. Calorie Row (alternate every 20 pulls).
d. Kettlebell Swings (53/35).
e. Sit-ups.
f. 3 Point Baskets (alternate every 5 shots, others rebound).

Rest two minutes between stations.
One teammate works at a time.
