Team WOD

In teams of 4, complete the following amraps split into teams of 2. Final score will be total rounds and reps completed:

AMRAP1 - 15 Minutes:
12/10 Cal Row,
20 Air Squats,
12/10 Parallette Push-ups.

AMRAP2 - 15 Minutes:
10 Deadlift (95/65, Rx+ 115/75),
10 Hang Power Clean,
20 Lateral Hops-over-bar.

*2 teammates will complete amrap1 while 2 teammates complete amrap2. There will be a 5 minute rest before switching.
