Team WOD

In teams of 5, complete 5 rounds each
of the following 1 minute stations. Score
total meters rowed as a team.

Station 1: Max Row (meters).
Station 2: 10 Pull-ups + Rest.
Station 3: 3 Power Clean + 3 Front Squat.
Station 4: 200m Run + Rest.
Station 5: Rest.

*Rx = 115/75, Strict Pull-ups.
*Rx+ = 135/85, Strict Pull-ups w/Med Ball (14/8).
*One partner will start at each station and rotate.
