CFV 2017 12 Days of Christmas WOD

Classes at 8:30am and 9:30am.

1 - 125m Run.
2 - Bar Muscle-ups (sub ctb or pull-ups).
3 - Handstand Push-ups (sub 2 wall taps or 1 wall walk).
4 - Med Ball Clean (20/14).
5 - Plate Ground-to-Overhead (45/25).
6 - Air Squat.
7 - Box Jump (24/20).
8 - Toes-to-bar.
9 - Kettlebell Swings (53/35).
10 - Burpees.
11 - Wall Ball (20/14).
12 - Calorie Row.

Just like the song, the WOD goes 1 x 125m Run, then 2 x Bar Muscle-up and 1 x 125m Run, then 3 x Handstand Push-ups and 2 x Bar Muscle-up and 1 x 125m Run.
