WOD Saturday 12/17/16

12 Days of Christmas (Individual)

1 - 200m Run,
2 - Bar Muscle-ups (sub CTB or Pull-ups),
3 - HSPU (sub Push Press),
4 - Med Ball Clean (20/14),
5 - Push-ups,
6 - Air Squat,
7 - Box Jump (everyone 20''),
8 - Toes-to-bar (sub Knee Raise 1:1),
9 - Hang Power Clean (115/75),
10 - KBS (62/44),
11 - Burpees,
12 - Power Snatch (115/75).

This WOD you will complete 1x200m run, then 2 Bar MU + 200m Run, then 3 HSPU + 2 Bar MU + 200m Run, and so on. The last round you will start with 12 Power Snatch + 11 Burpees + 10 KBS... and finish with 200m Run.
