6 Med Ball Man-maker Wall Ball (20/14),
9 Med Ball Snatch,
24' OH Walking Lunges,
12 Med Ball Sit-ups,
24' Med Ball Toss (underhand back to partner),
Then:
After Rounds Complete, 120 Wall Ball (as a team).
