WOD Saturday 10.17.15

Team WOD:
In teams of 3:

AMRAP 24 (2 Teammates Alternating Rounds):
10 Bench Press (115/75),
20 Ball Slam (20/15),
30 Double-unders.
*Teammate 3 will be completing a 60 Calorie Row.
*When row is complete, they will sub in for the member that is resting in the amrap, and that person will then complete a 60 Calorie Row, and continue this pattern until the 24 minutes is complete.

*Score total reps (1 Round = 60 Reps) + calories rowed to get total score.
