8x20 Double-under Relay (4 sets each),
8x250m Row Relay,
8x200m Run Relay,
4x40 Double-under Relay (2 sets each),
4x250m Row Relay,
4x200m Run Relay,
2x50 Sit-up Relay (again, one partner must do all 50 first).
