Warm-up:
80 sec intervals of "80's" moves.

MetCon:

80 Calorie Row,
80 Wall Ball (20/14),
80 = 4x 10 Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups,
80 Ball Slams (20 lbs for everyone),
80 Sit-ups,
80 Air Squats,
80 Calorie Row.

Rx+= 8 Rounds of 10 Pull-up + 10 Push-ups.
