WOD Saturday 10/22/16

Team WOD

In teams of 9, complete 4 rounds each of the following 9 1-minute stations. Each member will start at a station and rotate stations every minute. Teams will compete for total max calories rowed (two rowers going for each team) over the 36 minutes of work:

Station 1 - :30 Bar Hang + Rest.
Station 2 - Max Cal Row #1.
Station 3 - Rest.
Station 4 - 12 Thrusters (75/55) + Rest.
Station 5 - Max Cal Row #2.
Station 6 - Rest.
Station 7 - 12 Hang Power Clean (95/65) + Rest.
Station 8 - 150m Run.
Station 9 - Rest.
