In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

10 Rounds (5 Each, Alt):
5 Hang Power Clean (115/75),
5 Front Squats (115/75).

Rest 2 minutes, then:

8 Rounds (4 Each, Alt):
10 Deadlift (185/125),
10 Lateral Burpees-over-bar.

Rest 2 minutes, then:

6 Rounds (3 Each, Alt):
20 Ball Slam (30/20),
200m Run.
