This will be a longer WOD, so we will be warming up right at 9am (and 10am) and starting the workout at 9:15am (10:15am).
In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
300 Calorie Row,
15 x 200m Sprints (Alternate, 5 each),
200 Calorie Row,
12 x 200m Sprints (Alternate, 4 each),
100 Calorie Row,
9 x 200m Sprints (Alternate, 3 each),
