In teams of 2, complete for time:

Buy-in: 1000m Row,
Then:
3 Rounds:
40 Plate Ground-to-overhead (45/25),
100 Sit-ups,
50 Ring Push-ups (must perform true, sub parallette push-ups with or without knees),
30 Box Jump + 2 Squats (on the box) (24/20).
Then:
Buy-out: 1000m Row.
