Team WOD

In teams of 5, complete 5 RDS (25 Min EMOM) each of the following 1 minute stations:

Station 1: :40 Deadlift Hold (225/175) + Rest.
Station 2: 20 Sit-ups + Rest.
Station 3: 3 DB Man-makers (30's/20's) + Rest.
Station 4: Max Cal Row.
Station 5: Rest.

Then, at 27 Minutes, complete a 5 minute max calorie row (partition any way, one partner working at a time).

Final score = Max Cal (25 Min) + Max Cal (5 Min).
