50 Sit-ups.

*With reps of bench, goal is to go unbroken. Maximum 2 count rest at the top, but no resting on the body. If you have never tried this scheme, try (45/35) for the first set.

MetCon:
In teams of 2, complete for time:
6K Row, alternating every 500m.

*If done as an individual, complete 6 x 500m rows with 2 minute rest.
