Strength:
Every 2 minutes, for 10 Rounds, complete the following complex without dropping the bar, adding weight each set, and building to a heavy 1. If you max out too soon, keep that weight for the final sets. Can work 2-3 athletes per bar:

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of:
1 Thruster,
1 Push Press,
1 Push Jerk,
1 Split Jerk.

MetCon:
Tabata Row.
Rest 4 minutes, then:
Tabata Situps.
