Bench Press 1x5@50%, 1x5@60%, 1x5@70%, 2x4@80%.

MetCon:

In teams of 2, complete:
3 Rounds, For Time:
200m Run Each,
400m Run Each,
600m Run Each.

*Partners will alternate runs. Partner 1 starts and completes 200m, then partner 2 completes 200m, then partner 1 completes 400m and so on.

*600m is the far side of Lear St.

Extra Credit:
5 Rounds:
3 Strict False Grip Ring Pull-ups,
5 Strict Ring Dips.
