Litte CF Combine, For Time, Reps, and Fun:

1. Max Box Jump (10 min cap).
2. Max Strict Pull-ups (2 set max).
3. 2 Minutes, Max Reps Thruster (115/75).
4. 1000m Run, For Time.
5. 21/15 Calorie AirBike + 20 Burpee-box-jump-overs, For Time.

*Complete the first 3 tasks together and rest as needed to prep and set up. For 4 and 5, switch around based on bike availability.
