Strength:
Back Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 (In 20 minutes, build to a 1RM).

MetCon:
In teams of 3, row 6K for time. Alt every 500m.
*Compare to 8.4.15.

Extra Credit:
a. 3x:20 L-sit holds (parallettes).
b. 3x:30 Ring Hangs (passive). Or 3x:15/arm if can do one-handed.
