Oly:
3-3-3-3-3 T&G Clean and Jerk (cap 20 minutes).

Strength:
a. Complete 3 Rounds, Not For Time:
20 Overhead Lunges (45/25, in-place, alt leg)
50 Bench Press (45/35, unbroken with no resting on chest, max two count at top).

b. Complete 4 Rounds, Not For Time:
10 Lateral Box Jump-overs (2 x 24'' Boxes Side by Side, use hands),
:40 second Handstand Hold (try unbroken, ok to accumulate),
30 Air Squats (for speed),
:40 second Bar Hang (try unbroken, ok to accumulate).
