WOD Monday 3/20/17

Oly:
In 20 minutes, find a heavy 1 of the following complex:
1 High Hang Snatch (hip),
1 Hang Snatch (top of knee),
1 Snatch (from ground).

Strength:
EMOM12 (4 Rounds):
Min 1 - 10 DB Thrusters (50's/35's). Scale accordingly, but may see these Friday.
Min 2 - 4 Rope Climb.
Min 3 - Rest.
