Goal today is to work on tightening up those open skills and sequencing. Work to hit the minimum reps required each minute!

EMOM 12:
Odd: 12-15 Wall Balls (20/14).
Even: 30 Double-unders (or 30 sec DU practice).

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

EMOM 12:
Odd: 8-10 Deadlift (185/135).
Even: 10-12 Box Jump (24/20).

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

EMOM 12:
Odd: 12/10 Cal Row.
Even: 8-10 Toes-to-bar.
