Minute 8: Rest + Change Weights.
Minutes 9-11: 2 Squat Clean @ 185/125.
Minute 12: Rest + Change Weights.
Minutes 13-15: 1 Squat Clean @ 225/155.

Rx-1 = start at 115/75.
Rx-2 = start at 95/65.
Rx-3 = start at 75/55.

Strength:
Bench Press 7-7-7-7-7. Find 7 rep max for the day.
